Located near the Scarpe, the Feuchy Marsh is a mosaic of ponds, wet meadows and woodland. The site is very popular with waterfowl, such as coots, moorhens and grebes. It is also not uncommon to see the magnificent common kingfisher. What’s more, herons, little owls and cormorants frequent a few trees located on a plot owned by the department, all year round.
