Stroll through the Les Îles Park and make some beautiful discoveries while enjoying the orienteering course.

Discover the many beacons hidden in the park in the shortest time possible using a detailed map (featuring the locations of the numbered posts) and, possibly, a compass. Alone or with others, and no matter your level, experience this outdoor sport to stimulate both the head and the legs! Fun guaranteed! 

Five courses are offered, with varying levels of difficulty from green to orange.
