The Tour d'Horloge presents a series of bodies of water and ditches, resulting from numerous mine collapses. The site is composed of a well-maintained communal part and a departmental section where natural environments are left to develop freely: the meadows are mowed late at the end of summer, while dead trees are left on site within the woodlands, creating popular refuges for insects and other cave-dwelling animals like bats.
