The quarries of the Louis and Epenin Woods were created in the last century. When they ceased production in the 1970s, they were naturally colonised by a diverse fauna and flora. Currently, the 86 hectares of woodland, moors and meadows belong to the Pas-de-Calais Department. Crossed by the Lawe, the site offers up some surprising landscapes … Its trails allow you to walk along the river and through the Louis Forest, accompanied by the elves and fairies you will meet along the way.
